This tour ensures an off-the-beaten-track experience, away from the crowds, where you can witness the raw energy of the region up close. Our landing site in the Hengill geothermal area, named after the Hengill volcano, offers an opportunity to immerse yourself in the untouched Icelandic nature.

You'll be brought near hot springs and boiling mud pots, and you may even spot sheep grazing in the valley during the summer months.

It's important to note that this is not a typical tourist site, with safety ropes and other infrastructure – it remains a natural creation. Regardless of the season or time of year, the area always presents magical, colorful, and breathtaking views.

On our return journey, we'll take a scenic pass over Reykjavik, granting you a unique aerial perspective of Iceland's capital city.
